Can I be refunded?
Items purchased online can be refunded through our online process. Contact us via email at losdetallesjewellery@gmail.com to begin your refund. Items can only be refunded if arrived damaged or incorrect - photo evidence required. No exchanges.

What payment methods does Los Detalles use?
Los Detalles accepts payment via Credit Card and PayPal. For further information on how PayPal works please visit their website.

Is there a purchase limit?
The limit per order is 10 items. Freight is calculated by the total spend.


I haven’t received my order confirmation email.
If you do not receive your order confirmation email after 30 minutes please contact our Customer Service Team at losdetallesjewellery@gmail.com

Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once check out is complete and your order has been confirmed we are unable to make any amendments. If you have any concerns please contact us via email at losdetallesjewellery@gmail.com 

Can I cancel my order?
Our team cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations to your order, however if you have just placed your order you can contact our Support Team via email at losdetallesjewellery@gmail.com and we will assist as best we can.
